2018 RSF Teacher’s Grants Awarded

Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 RSF Teacher’s Grants. See Something Say Something – Fall 2017

Once again, the Revere Schools Foundation has sponsored the See Something Say Something campaign throughout the school.  This year, we have provided pens and pencils with See Something Say Something on them as well as a card for the students describing what SS/SS can mean to them.  We also had the students put a video together of what SS/SS meant to them.  Check out the link to the video here.  

Illuminate 2017

The second annual Illuminate event was was held on November 4, 2017 and was enjoyed by all.  The event raised over $20,000 that will be used to propogate our mission to promote experiential learning through teacher grants to enhance the students’ education with 21st century learning opportunities, Produce leaders through scholarships and after school leadership programs and Protect our kids through safety awareness programs. Scholarship Award 2017

Emily Parish has been awarded a $2,500 Revere Schools Foundation Scholarship.  Emily has demonstrated her leadership qualities through her many activities in the School and Community including being captain of the swim team, being a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council as well as volunteering at her church and in the community.  Emily will be attending Kent State University in the Fall to major in Nursing.

Illuminate 2016

The inaugural Illuminate event was held on Oct 15, 02016 and was a huge success.  The event raised over $15,000 which will be used to fund scholarships, teacher grants and help make our schools safe.  A special thank you to all our sponsors that made the event possible. Shopping Spree Fundraiser 2015

Shopping Spree Fundraiser at Buehler’s Medina River Styx The Revere Schools Foundation raised over $5,ooo with the Shopping Spree Fundraiser at Buehler’s.  Two winners were picked to race through the store in 90 seconds to fill their carts. See Something Say Something 2015

See Something, Say Something The third week in October was designated nationwide as “See Something, Say Something” week to promote awareness, educate students and the community, and save lives.  The RSF once again sponsored the See Something / Say Something campaign with the purchase of magnets to be distributed to all the students in the district to remind them of how important it is to speak up if something does not seem right.

STEM Teacher’s Grant 2015

 STEM Teachers Grant RSF has awarded a Teacher’s Grant to Ms. Coen and Mrs Bare of the Bath Elementary School.  The Grantwill help fund a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) program at the Bath Elementary School. The Bath School STEM committee will be initiating a STEM learning model throughout the school.   Rather than STEM as an add-on class or a class for select students to participate, the School will integrate STEM -prepared modules ino the present core science classes.  The program will incorporate Science, Math, Read More …

See Something Say Something 2014

See Something, Say Something Revere Schools Foundation hosted a poster contest for students to design a poster that showed what See Something, Say Something means to them.  One poster per school was selected and the winner received a Chromebook.  The winning designs now hang in each school  and a banner was created that shows all 4 designs.  This banner is also hung at each School.
