2018 Revere Hall of Fame

Congratulations to the Revere Hall of Fame winners for 2018: Betsy and Ryan Hartschuh and Scott Mendelson.  The Revere Schools Foundation worked with Revere Alumni Association by sponsoring a luncheon for the new Hall of Famers.  After the awards were presented to the winners in front of the High School students in an assembly in the gym, the luncheon was held in the Library.  Approximately 20 students as well as the winner’s families participated in the lunch.  After the lunch, Read More …

2018 Revere Community Health & Wellness Event

Scholarship Award 2018

The 2018 Revere Schools Foundation Scholarship has been awarded to Victoria Bell and Kiernan Snider .  Each student has been awarded $1500 to assist in their College tuition. Victoria showed leadership through assisting with the MacBook deployment, volunteering at the Akron Marathon and her CYO.  She will be attending the University of Akron in the fall to study Chemical Engineering and Mathematics. 2018 RSF Teacher’s Grants Awarded

Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 RSF Teacher’s Grants. Richard Booth – Hillcrest Elementary – Third Grade Mr Booth will be attending a Project Based Learning Conference with the award and will bring back the knowledge to implement in the classroom and share with other teachers.   Deidre Hichens and Lynn Dubsky – Hillcrest Elementary – Third Grade Mrs Hichens and Mrs Dubsky will use the grant to provide Osmos for their classes to allow students to use iPads Read More …

See Something Say Something – Fall 2017

Once again, the Revere Schools Foundation has sponsored the See Something Say Something campaign throughout the school.  This year, we have provided pens and pencils with See Something Say Something on them as well as a card for the students describing what SS/SS can mean to them.  We also had the students put a video together of what SS/SS meant to them.  Check out the link to the video here.  

Illuminate 2017

The second annual Illuminate event was was held on November 4, 2017 and was enjoyed by all.  The event raised over $20,000 that will be used to propogate our mission to promote experiential learning through teacher grants to enhance the students’ education with 21st century learning opportunities, Produce leaders through scholarships and after school leadership programs and Protect our kids through safety awareness programs. Scholarship Award 2017

Emily Parish has been awarded a $2,500 Revere Schools Foundation Scholarship.  Emily has demonstrated her leadership qualities through her many activities in the School and Community including being captain of the swim team, being a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council as well as volunteering at her church and in the community.  Emily will be attending Kent State University in the Fall to major in Nursing.

Illuminate 2016

The inaugural Illuminate event was held on Oct 15, 02016 and was a huge success.  The event raised over $15,000 which will be used to fund scholarships, teacher grants and help make our schools safe.  A special thank you to all our sponsors that made the event possible.
